Write for Us

We publish practitioner writing about AI agents, MCP servers and the tooling around them. If you have built something and learned something, we want the post.

What we publish

Writing from people who ship

  • Build notes: what you made with agents, what broke, what you would do differently.
  • MCP server walkthroughs, including the parts of the spec that bit you.
  • Agent skill design - prompts, tool boundaries, evaluation.
  • Honest comparisons between tools you have actually run in production.
  • Postmortems. A failure written up well is worth three launch posts.
What we turn down

The quick no list

  • Generic AI drafts with no first-hand experience behind them.
  • Press releases and funding announcements.
  • Listicles assembled from other people's blog posts.
  • Anything whose real purpose is a backlink to an unrelated site.
  • Content already published elsewhere.
Standards

Writing

  • 800 to 1,800 words. Long enough to be useful, short enough to finish.
  • Open with the problem, not with a definition of AI.
  • Show real code, real config, or real numbers.
  • Second person, active voice, present tense.
  • Name the tools you used and their versions.
Standards

Structure and SEO

  • One clear topic per post, with a title under 60 characters.
  • H2 and H3 headings every few hundred words.
  • Alt text on every image, and no screenshots of text.
  • Link out to sources; we will add the internal links.
  • Suggest a meta description, and we may rewrite it.
  1. 1. How to pitch

Send the angle, not the draft

Two or three sentences on what you want to argue and what you have built that qualifies you to argue it.

  2. 2. How to pitch

    We reply either way

If it fits we will say so and agree a rough deadline. If it does not, you get a reason rather than silence.

  3. 3. How to pitch

    We edit, you approve

We edit for structure and clarity, never to change what you meant. Nothing publishes until you have seen the final version.
