GymFlexa plugin for Claude
Review safe administrative gym operations inside Claude. This plugin bundles GymFlexa's hosted OAuth connector with one skill for navigating owned gyms, configuration, opening hours, bookable capacity, service catalogs, aggregate schedule counts, and aggregate recorded payment status.
Requirements
A GymFlexa account with access to at least one
gym. The plugin connects to https://mcp.gymflexa.com/mcp; the signed-in
user's GymFlexa organization permissions remain the authorization boundary.
There is no API key to paste and nothing to self-host.
Local validation
Before the public repository or directory listing exists:
claude --plugin-dir ./plugin mcp listThe connector should appear as plugin:gymflexa:gymflexa and request OAuth
authentication on first use.

Read-only and privacy boundary
All seven tools are read-only, tenant-scoped, bounded, field-allowlisted, and sanitized. The connector cannot create, edit, book, reschedule, cancel, delete, message, charge, refund, retry, settle, transfer, or otherwise move funds. It does not provide workout, nutrition, medical, eligibility, insurance, employment, credit, or other high-impact advice.
Model-visible and rendered results exclude member names, ids, contacts, profiles, attendance and service history; individual appointments, booked times and payments; trainer/staff data; free-text notes; decline reasons; discounts; cardholder and processor/customer data; credentials; and record linkages. The overview never queries member records. Schedule and payment tools use minimum source projections for immediate aggregation and expose no person-linked record, identifier, exact booked time, or individual payment.
